First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate your purchase or interest in potentially purchasing our B&T Firearm, Suppressor, or Product. We understand that this decision is beyond a typical product purchase, it is a decision to trust our company and the start of a lifelong relationship. Our products are the premier choice for Gov’t, Military, L.E., and Operators all over the world that depend on our products to be the best solutions that can be relied on at a moment’s notice during life-saving situations. We implement this standard for every individual who purchases our products, regardless of their work obligations or intended use.
We guarantee that every Firearm, Suppressor and Product manufactured by B&T USA or imported from Switzerland are covered for any manufacturing defects in material or mechanical function. To ensure this is the standard of product offered, we have implemented additional QC checks, photography documentation, and thorough testing of all serialized products leaving our Tampa, FL Facility. However, we completely understand that unforeseen factors can occur, especially with our end users pushing our products to the limit (which we love to see and encourage!). Rest assured, if a malfunction occurs that renders your Firearm, Suppressor, or Product non-functional or not to withholding to our B&T Standard, our team in Tampa Florida will take in your Firearm, Suppressor, or Product and ship it back to you running to factory spec.
B&T USA Unrivaled Suppressor Warranty
If your suppressor becomes non-functional or damaged during non-negligent use, we will be replacing your suppressor free of charge. If you are submitting a warranty claim for a suppressor that is no longer in production or readily available, we would be happy to offer an upgrade for new model suppressor that is the appropriate generation equivalent. The use of a 0 twist rifled barrel will void the B&T suppressor warranty.

Exclusions
* Warranty excludes coverage for intentional damage, neglect, misuse, cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance or functionality of the firearm or suppressor, theft, loss, unauthorized attempt at repair, incorrect modification, incorrect use of 3rd party products, use of firearms and suppressors with handloaded, reloaded, or incorrect caliber ammunition, ammunition failures, obstruction in the suppressor, barrel, or barrel of the attached firearm, or failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the product’s manual.
ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY PERIOD. REPAIR, ALTERATION, OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL B&T OR ANY COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH B&T BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the limitation of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some or all of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
