B&T AG and B&T USA have reached a comprehensive settlement resolving all outstanding disputes between the parties. All pending litigation will be dismissed. The settlement establishes a timely limited framework for continued cooperation and allows both organizations to focus on supporting customers, dealers, and the B&T brand.
Customers in the United States should continue to contact B&T USA for warranty, service, technical support, and parts.
